The group forms, picks one deal, and goes in together.

Minimum ticket — €3,000. The money goes into the SPV, not to us. The community subscription and syndicate participation are two separate payments.

Risk across the whole track
The money may not come back in full.
Horizon of 5–10 years; exiting early is nearly impossible.
The group's decision is not our recommendation.
We don't guarantee a deal will happen at all.
Money flow — from application to exit
Step 1
Ticket application
You state an amount from €3,000. This is intent, not a transfer.
Step 2
A subgroup forms
Once there are enough applications, a group of 8–15 participants forms.
Step 3
Pitches and questions
4–6 startups pitch. Materials and analysis live in the group chat.
Step 4
The group picks one
Members vote. If there's no consensus, the round doesn't happen.
Step 5
Transfer to the SPV
You sign the documents and transfer your ticket to the SPV's account.
Step 6
Exit or write-off
A sale, another round, or zero. Distribution is pro-rata to shares.
Steps 1–4
No money moves
Step 5
€3,000+ → SPV
Step 6
5–10 years

A member's money never passes through Zadroty Capital's account — only through the SPV
